ClothingFest
ClothingFest is a great opportunity participate in our mission to SERVE our community and to STEWARD creation as we RENEW, REUSE and RECYCLE our clothes! Every year ClothingFest provides a dignified shopping experience for members of our community in need of affordable clothing.
There are so many ways that you can support ClothingFest!
- DONATE – We are taking donations August 12th – September 17th. We collect gently used clothing, coats, shoes, boots & other outerwear for all genders and ages.
- SET-UP – Saturday, August 15th 9am – 12pm our Parish Hall will be set up for to sort donations. We need volunteers to help set up clothing racks and tables.
- SORT – Starting August 17th donations will be sorted and hung in the hall Monday-Friday 10am-2pm. Volunteers are needed. You don’t need to sign up, just show up when you can!
- SET-UP – In early September we will schedule a Saturday for tent set-up. Sign-up is forthcoming, we need lots of volunteers!
- SELL – Saturday, September 19th – Saturday, September 26th we need volunteers to help run the sale.
- CLEAN-UP – Saturday, September 26th everything is put away during the Bag Sale. Volunteers help our ClothingFest veterans get everything stored again for next year’s sale!
